Beverly Rose Herrick

Beverly Rose Herrick, 81, of Farmington, IA, passed away at 9:40 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at the Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice House in West Burlington, IA.  She was born on September 5, 1942 in Dayton, IA to Edwin & Rosetta Bass Luth.  She married Donald “Dean” Herrick on December 1, 1957 in Fort Dodge, IA.  He preceded her in death on September 8, 2013.  She was a homemaker and an avid reader.  She enjoyed cooking,  quilting, crocheting, sewing, and going to yard sales.

       Bev is survived by: 1-daughter: Evelyn Dilks of Fort Madison, IA; 4-sons: Calvin Herrick of Farmington, IA, Doug (Melissa) Herrick of Farmington, IA, Forrest Herrick of Farmington, IA & Gaylord Herrick of Keokuk, IA; numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren; 3-brothers: Charlie (Shirley) Luth of Farnhamville, IA, Mike (Cheryl) Luth of Hamilton, IL & Robert Luth of Farmington, IA; 3-sisters: Dorothy Foster of Fort Dodge, IA, Eleanor Smith of Flagstaff, AZ & Kim (Joe) Fiebiger of Fort Dodge, IA.  She was preceded in death by: her parents, husband, 1-son: Alan Herrick, 1-daughter: Brenda Herrick, 2-brothers & 4-sisters.
