Delbert L. Harper, 88, of Kahoka, MO., passed away at the Clark County Nursing Home in Kahoka on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, surrounded by his family.  Funeral Services for Delbert Harper will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 18, 2024, at the St. Paul United Church of Christ in Kahoka, MO.  Rev. Dan Moore and Pastor Shawn McAfee will officiate.  A private inurnment will be held at a later date.
