She was born April 10, 1942 to John Miller and Irene (Brown) Miller. She was united in marriage to Ivan (Punky) Roberts on

February 4, 1967. They lived happily together for 50 years, in Ewing, Missouri, until Ivan preceded her in death on March 11, 2018. She was also preceded in death by her parents, her in-laws, John and Ethel Roberts, and a granddaughter, Autumn Dodds.

Trudy and Punky founded Roberts Garage & Towing, Inc. in 1970. Trudy completed payroll, accounts receivable, ran parts, and whatever else was needed for the business, while raising three children. Trudy was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, but her favorite of these roles was that of Grandma. She spent years feeding several of her grandsons breakfast before school and then enjoyed playing Uno with them after. Even the grand-dogs loved going to Grandma’s house, where they were fed eggs, fried Spam, and bacon. Not one of her children or grandchildren ever left her home without her making sure that she said, “be careful on the roads, and I love you.” Trudy was a member of The Assembly of God Church in Ewing, Missouri. She will be terribly missed by everyone that knew her, but comfort comes from knowing that she is at peace with her Lord and Savior.

Trudy is survived by her three children: Angela, Troy (Christel) Roberts of Ewing, Missouri, and Shelley (Myron), and an honorary son, Travis (Tressa) Dodds of Ewing, Missouri.

Grandchildren: Jerrod (Brittany) Dodds, Jacob (Kaitlyn) Dodds, Johnnie (Ruthie) Goings, Danny (Lacey) Goings, Aiden Roberts, Oliver Roberts, Isaac Roberts and Margaret Roberts.

Brother, Johnny (Connie) Miller, many nieces and nephews, and best friends, John andvJoyce Logan and Yvonne Stumb.

Pallbearers are grandsons: Jerrod Dodds, Jacob Dodds, Johnny Goings, Danny Goings, Aiden Roberts, Oliver Roberts, and Isaac Roberts.

Honorary pallbearers are John Logan, Yvonne Stumb, and Travis Dodds.

The family would like to offer sincere thanks to the staff at Lewis County Nursing Home for the love and care that she received during her short time there.

Memorials may be made to Lewis County Nursing Home in Canton, Missouri, or Assembly of God Church in Ewing, Missouri.
