Karen M. Theis

Karen Marie Theis, 65, of Farmington, IA, passed away at 11:42 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in Fort Madison. She was born on January 27, 1961 in Tripoli, Libya to Clement & Alice Schoeppner Theis. She was a waitress in fine dining restaurants all over the country and loved being outdoors, especially surfing.

Karen is survived by: 1-sister: Lori Theis and 4-brothers: Marty, Ken, David & Steve Theis. She was preceded in death by: her parents, 2-sisters & 2-brothers.
