Keokuk Man Arrested by LCNTF
The Lee County Narcotics Task Force reports the arrest of a Keokuk, Iowa man on a felony drug charge. Matthew J Soice, 32, of Keokuk, Iowa was arrested on December 11th, 2018 on a felony drug charge. Soice is charged with delivery of less than five grams of methamphetamine, second or subsequent offense, a class C felony with an enhancement. If convicted, Soice faces up to 30 years in a […]
