Ethanol production, stocks see week-to-week increases
U.S. ethanol production roared back last week as stocks grew. The U.S. Energy Information Administration says production averaged one million, thirty-six thousand barrels a day, up 32,000 on the week and the highest average since December 2022, but down 3,000 on the year. April ethanol, DDGS exports down on month
U.S. ethanol exports were down in April. The Renewable Fuels Association says the total of 125.7 million barrels was 5% below March, but Canada was the top destination for the 25th month in a row, taking in more than a third of the volume.
