A federal appeals court has rejected an effort from ag groups to stay EPA’s ban on chlorpyrifos for food tolerances, which went into effect last month. The 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals turned down multiple requests from farm groups this week because of lack of jurisdiction.
