Wisconsin extends ag chemical cleanup fee waiver

Wisconsin officials are again waiving fees for the Agricultural Chemical Cleanup Program fund.  Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection officials say the fee holiday for pesticide and fertilizer licensees, and farmers purchasing fertilizer will extend through June 2024 for fertilizer sales and through the 2023-24 license year for other licensees. The department has the option to waive the fee whenever the program’s fund balance is above 1.5 million dollars.  […]
