The health of Wisconsin’s crops continues to decline because of the lack of rainfall. Most of the state saw less than an inch of rain last week. USDA statistician Greg Bussler says the corn condition dropped 8%, soybeans down 7%, and oats down 3% from a week ago. The USDA says storms delivered timely moisture to crops last week in Ohio. The state’s corn and soybean crops are rated 66 percent good to excellent. Winter wheat is rated 60 percent good to excellent with 55 percent of the crop mature and one percent harvested.
