The Lee County Narcotics Task Force reports the arrest of a Keokuk, Iowa man on a felony drug charge. Joe Cleveland, 34, of Keokuk, Iowa was arrested on November 27, 2018 on a felony drug charge. Cleveland is charged with delivery of less than five grams of methamphetamine, a class C felony. If convicted, Cleveland faces up to 10 years in a state correctional facility.
