Keokuk Police were called last night to South 7th Street and Avenue K after reports of an injured bicyclist. When officers arrived they found 14yr old Brandon Scott Fitzgerald suffering from severe injuries. This story has been updated here. A teenage girl has lost her life after an incident at Tri-State Gun Club in Montrose IA over the weekend.
