Woman’s body found in Lee County identified, man arrested

Authorities have identified a body found along a gravel road in Lee County and have filed charges in the case. Iowa DCI Agent Richard Rahn says 20-year-old Sadie Alvarado of Muscatine was found dead in a ditch south of West Point late Sunday morning.
