Keokuk Police were called last night to South 7th Street and Avenue K after reports of an injured bicyclist. When officers arrived they found 14yr old Brandon Scott Fitzgerald suffering from severe injuries. He was transported by Lee County Ambulance to Unity Point Health-Keokuk where he succumbed to his injuries.
