Intro to Cover Crop Grazing (local on-farm demo)

Cover crops provide a wealth of benefits to soils; they provide protection against erosion, prevent nutrient loss and improve soil structure. Grazing cover crops is another way to further derive benefits from them: along with obtaining feed value from these crops and extending our grazing seasons, manure and trampling aids to improve soils and build organic matter.
