Jeffrey Howard Morgan, 66, of Keokuk, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

Jeffrey was born on December 14, 1958, in Keokuk, IA, the son of Jack H. and Jacqueline M. (Daines) Morgan. He graduated from Keokuk High School in the class of 1977. Immediately following high school Jeff enlisted in the Army National Guard. He served 13 years, achieving the rank of Captain and received an honorable discharge.

Jeff was united in marriage to Susan Westermeyer (Jacobs) on October 27, 1995, and would be celebrating their 30th Anniversary this Monday. Upon marrying Susan, he became a father to his step-daughter, Ginnie. Then, on September 17, 1998, he became a father to a baby girl, Audrey. Jeff worked as a carpenter for many years. Later, he worked as a HAZMAT driver for S.J. Smith Co. until retirement.

Jeff was a member and Adjutant of The American Legion Post 41, a member of District 18 ABATE (A Brotherhood Aimed Toward Education) of Iowa, and a member of the Legion Riders Post 41, where he served as Sergeant at Arms. Jeff loved spending time with his family, especially over a game of Rummy. Jeff also enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle, and boating on the Mississippi.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Susan Morgan of Keokuk, IA; two daughters, Audrey King and her husband, Christian, of St. Charles, MO, Ginnie Eisenbach and her husband, Gene, of Keokuk, IA; three grandchildren, Emma Eisenbach, Evan Eisenbach, and Eric Eisenbach; one sister, LuAnne Scott and her husband, Stuart, of Cottleville, MO; one brother-in-law, Gary Jacobs, of Hamilton, IL; two sisters-in-law, Gail Hartman of Warsaw, IL, and Barbara Bawden and her husband, Kyle, of Hamilton, IL; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Jeff is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Jacqueline.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 12 pm (Noon) to 2 pm at Printy Funeral Home, 917 Blondeau Street, Keokuk, IA. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm, directly following the visitation, at Printy Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Oakland Cemetery in Keokuk.
