Prairie Organics 2022: Wheat Trials Panel

Prairie Organics: Think Whole Farm 2022 Recorded Session – 2021 was the Manitoba Organic Alliance’s first year collecting data about wheat varieties on organic farms. MOA did this with support from their industry partner, La Milanaise. The organizers and farmers who participated shared about how it went and plans for a new trial in 2022. A full report on the varieties, including their performance in the field and in baking trials, will be made available.
