Export inspections down on week

The USDA says grain and oilseed export inspections dipped during the week ending February 24th, due in part to Presidents’ Day. The 2021/22 marketing year started June 1st, 2021 for wheat and September 1st, 2021 for corn, sorghum, and soybeans. The USDA’s next set of supply and demand estimates is out March 9th.

Wheat came out at 406,138 tons, down 164,521 from the week ending February 17th, but up 62,133 from the week ending February 25th, 2021.
