Russian – Ukrainian peace talks drive down corn

Soybeans closed lower with May beans down five and a half cents at $16.70 and 1/2, and July beans closed four and a half cents lower at $16.46 and 3/4. May soybean meal closed up $7.20 at $484.30. May bean oil closed $2.08 lower at $73.95. Mixed overnight trading took place in the soy complex ahead of Monday’s open with the most support going to soybean meal. Argentina’s Ministry of Agriculture’s suspension of export registrations for soy oil and soy meal is adding support into the complex.
