First 2023 Farm Bill field hearing set

The Senate Ag Committee has announced its first field hearing for the 2023 Farm Bill.  It will take place Friday, April 29th at Michigan State University. 

Chairwoman Debbie Stabenow says the most recent Farm Bill passed with the strongest bipartisan support ever and says she expects the same support in this bill.  Stabenow says farmers and others impacted by the Farm Bill will share how the legislation can be strengthened to grow the economy and build a stronger food supply chain.
