Keokuk Senior Lofts Completion Delayed

Despite the fact that the Keokuk Senior Lofts look from the outside like more of a finished product every day, some minor delays in opening are now expected. In late April, Miller-Valentine senior developer Pete Schwiegeraht addressed Keokuk residents at a Coffee and Conversation meeting and stated that the apartments should be slated for a late-summer or early fall opening. Recently, Miller-Valentine announced that construction setbacks would push the grand opening out until winter.

Miller-Valentine corporate lease specialist Allie Thatcher also explained the company is working to ensure that if move-in occurs during winter months that can cause some inconveniences for residents.
