What Certified Angus Beef means to consumers

When shopping at your local grocery store, you probably see the label Certified Angus Beef on at least some of the beef products in your grocery store and you might think it’s just marketing. 

And while it is a way to market that beef, John Stick president of CAB says it also means those beef products have to meet certain standards.
