Shirley (Wemhoner) Manning, 88, of Longboat Key, Florida, formerly of Carthage, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 23, 2024, at the Sarasota Hospice House. Services will be held later in July. Arrangements are pending at Printy Funeral Home in Carthage.
