One percent of the corn crop in Indiana is planted as farmers continue to battle cool, wet conditions. The USDA says growers were able to focus on spring tillage and anhydrous ammonia applications even though planting is still delayed. Wet conditions continued to limit fieldwork in Ohio, according to the latest USDA crop progress and condition report. Oats are 30 percent planted, compared to the 60 percent last year.
