Chiefs Boys Soccer Team Gains First Victory

The Keokuk Chiefs boys soccer team garnered their first victory of the season in a convincing manner Monday afternoon. After losing 3 games in the North Scott tournament Saturday, the boys were back in action Monday as they visited the Washington Demons in a conference matchup. The Chiefs struck early and often on their way to a 3 to zero victory over Washington. Seniors Jarrett Johnston and Austin West joined Sophomore Jamin Klose in scoring goals as Senior Goalkeeper Isaac Dunlap made 2 stops on his way to a clean sheat. The Keokuk Chiefs took to the field again Monday night as they hosted Holy Trinity Catholic at Calvert Stadium.
