Winter wheat condition is rated 40 percent poor-to-very poor with only 1 percent rated excellent.

Fifty-six percent of oats have been planted.

Topsoil moisture is rated 68 percent short-to-very short and subsoil moisture is rated 79 percent short-to-very-short
