Dennis M. Regan, 77, of Kahoka, passed away at 5:25pm, on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at home with his family and friends by his side.

Graveside Services with full Military Rites for Dennis Regan will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at the Kahoka Cemetery, Kahoka, MO.

Hospice Northeast Missouri Chaplain, Mark Wiewel, will officiate. Memorial contributions in memory of Dennis Regan are suggested to Education Fund for his grandson checks payable to Mikki Regan and may be left at the Wilson & Triplett Funeral Home, Kahoka, MO.
