Fareway in Fort Madison Announces Opening Date

A spokesperson for Fareway Grocery’s corporate headquarters in Boone, Iowa has announced the officially opening date for the chain’s newest store in Fort Madison. Fareway Spokesperson Emily Toribio stated in a release that the Fort Madison Fareway store will open for business on Wednesday August 30^th. At this time the open hours have not been reported and the company is still working to set an official ribbon cutting and grand opening but the store will be operational on August 30^th. Toribio went on to say that fixtures are being moved in, the parking lot was poured Wednesday, and the landscaping at the Fareway grocery store will completed in August.
