Farmer finds success planting soybeans early

A farmer in western Indiana says he continues to see the benefits of planting soybeans early and extending the season.

“With all the seed treatments and everything that we have today and all the varieties and the breeding that goes into the hybrids today on soybeans, we’ve had pretty good success with planting soybeans early,” he says.

He says he’s planted soybeans early in recent years.
