Global Dairy Trade index up Tuesday
The Global Dairy Trade index rose 1.5% in the Tuesday trade event. Gains in butter, buttermilk powder, anhydrous milk fat, and skim milk powder offset price losses in cheddar cheese and whole milk powder.
