Matt Pflug and finance manager Tammy Wilson addressed a point that has been brought up at forums stating that the current rent money that is being paid could be budgeted by the board of supervisors for relief on the bond if the referendum is passed. Finally, Schilling explained that the traffic and parking advantages of the new building would make the health department much more available than the current situation at the Kensington.
