Keokuk School District Superintendent Possibly Leaving?

The Keokuk School District looks like it may be losing another administrator following the 2016-17 school year. The district has seen principals at both the middle school and high school leave in the last 3 years and earlier this spring it was announced that vocal music director Nick McGraw would be going back to school in Nebraska after the school year. Now it has been made known that district superintendent Tim Hood intends to accept a position as the superintendent at the Sidney and South Page school districts in southwest Iowa. Sidney and South Page have historically shared a superintendent between the two school districts and it appears Hood will continue that role. Tim Hood was hired as the Keokuk School District Superintendent in 2012.
