South Dakota farmer proud to serve on WISHH Committee

Eastern South Dakota farmer Dawn Scheier is proud to serve on the committee that oversees the World Initiative for Soy in Human Health (WISHH). “What WISHH is doing is they’re connecting trade and development,” Scheier told Brownfield Ag News at the 2022 Commodity Classic in New Orleans. “These countries don’t know what soybeans are. They’re protein deficient, so what we’re doing is teaching them the basics so they can go on and develop these markets and eventually become a good soybean customer.”
