U.S. seeks long-term trading relationship with the Netherlands

The USDA says its recent trade mission to the Netherlands has helped boost opportunities for U.S. ag products. 

Under Secretary for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs Alexis Taylor says the Netherlands is viewed as a long-term trading partner.

“We have seen many great business-to-business meetings,” she said. “Our FAS team has brought buyers in from across the region to meet with our U.S. companies and explore opportunities.”

She says exports to the region are up 11% year-over-year.
