Eight states pass new or updated foreign ag land ownership laws

Nearly one-quarter of state legislatures considering modifications to or adding new foreign ag land ownership laws this year were successful. Milk futures and cash dairy prices were lower except for butter entering the holiday weekend Friday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Registration open for Wisconsin’s Farm and Industry Short Course

The revived and relocated Farm and Industry Short Course is now accepting student registrations. The sixteen-week program is now hosted by the University of Wisconsin River Falls after starting 138 years ago at the University of Wisconsin Madison campus.  Madison discontinued their program a year ago.
