The USDA says grain and oilseed export inspections dipped during the week ending February 24th, due in part to Presidents’ Day. The EPA is not budging on its new chlorpyrifos rules. The agency denied all objections, hearing requests, and requests to stay the final rule Monday. The new rule was issued in August of last year and revokes all tolerances for the pesticide on food.
